Breakfast Menu
To avoid wastage, and thereby keep down our charges, you will be asked to
make your breakfast choice the evening before. Served at: 08.00 -- 08.15 -- 08.30
To start

Scottish Black Pudding ( or Haggis )

These are supplied by a friend who lives locally and owns a smokehouse and
are served with grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms and a thick piece of
home baked bread.
They are FULL herrings, oak smoked. Very bony but extremely tasty.
With both Scottish style breakfasts:
Toast: (Brown or white bread)
Home made jams and jellies
Oatcakes and Honey
Coffee and various teas
Vegetarian and continental style options are available on request.
A multi-lingual Menu is available in our Lounge (41 Languages to date).
Dinner Menu
Dinner is available (3 Courses) from £16.50 per person when ordered in advance.
All prices are inclusive of soup of the day, main course, a dessert
(usually home made) and tea or coffee with after dinner mints. Served 6.00pm to 7.30pm. (Meals must be ordered before 4pm to allow for preparation time)

Haggis, Neeps (Turnip) & Tatties (Mashed potatoes), with
a whisky based sauce if you wish.

Roast Chicken on the bone. £18.00
Prime Sirloin Steak with sautéed onions, mushrooms &

Fish Dishes:
Scottish Haddock, coated with Golden Ground Maize £20.00
Scottish Salmon Steak(Bone in) with a chive/olive oil drizzle £20.00
Whole Rainbow Trout with a chive, butter & lemon sauce £20.00
Fish dishes are served with a mixed salad garnish.
Vegetarian dishes can be produced if we are advised well in advance.
Packed Lunches
A substantial packed lunch is available (Order the night before) at a cost of £5.00 per person
All main courses are served with two vegetables and potatoes
or chips (Fries) unless otherwise stated.
